Permission to sit for exam is issued by State Board of Nursing, where you applied.

It requires 3 items.

• Professional Evaluation Report issued by Verification Company      
• ESL test report (if your State requires it)
• Application for Licensure to the State Board of Nursing with fees; fingerprints and answers for a lot of tricky questions like:
